Every time I signed up a program, I recorded down my username and password for the program. I usually used the same username and password for easy log-in. Later, I realized that it is better to use different username and password to avoid hacking but with so many different usernames and passwords, how am I going to remember them. So, I create an excel sheet to record them. But, then whenever I need to log-in to certain program, I have to refer to this excel sheet to key in manually. How I wish that there can be an easy way.
Late last year, I came across this software called RoboForm. It has a password manager that can automatically save all your usernames and passwords effortlessly and securely. It is so simple that whenever you login for the first time, you can just save it to RoboForm. Then, when the next time you log-in, find the program, simply click and login. That’s it. Save yourself hours of needless typing!
Another benefit is that you can access your RoboForm from everywhere. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Windows USB drives. They also have apps for most popular mobile phones including the iPhone, Android, and Blackberry. Use their RoboForm Everywhere (Online) service to synchronize and back up your data on their servers, and enjoy secure one click access from everywhere.
